We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our Business Development department as the Head of Business Development Department at DB Investing.   • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to foster professional growth and development.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for business development and relationship management.
  • Previous experience with IBs in ASIA, GCC, Africa, and Latam countries.
  • A ready portfolio of IBs/Affiliates to bring into the company is a must.
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in business development or sales roles within the forex industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the forex market, including trading platforms, products, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Business fluency in English language and other languages.
  • A strong network of contacts within the forex industry, including brokers, institutional investors, and potential clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective strategies.
