Role Overview:
The HR Administrator will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of HR operations in our Malta office by ensuring all employee and legal documentation is accurately managed and compliant with local regulations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a solid understanding of HR processes and a proactive approach to maintaining organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including employee records, documentation, and filing.
Support onboarding, and offboarding activities.
Prepare and manage employment contracts, amendments, and other HR-related documents in compliance with Maltese labor laws.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in maintaining personnel data in HR systems.
Liaise with legal and compliance departments to ensure HR procedures meet regulatory requirements.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department and management team.
Review end of month payroll calculation supporting the finance department.
Collaborate with other department’s with office upkeeping and taking inventory.
Job requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.
Strong understanding of HR administrative practices and processes.
Solid knowledge of Maltese labor law or ability to quickly gain legal HR understanding.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software or ATS tools.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
