Summary Position:

As an HR Administrator in the fintech industry, you will provide comprehensive HR support and manage various HR tasks, while supporting a diverse and innovative workforce globally.


Responsibilities:

  • Create job descriptions and utilise our ATS system such as managing job boards.
  • Collaborate with the manager on the sourcing, screening, and interviewing international candidates, ensuring a strong cultural fit and skill match.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters across different regions.
  • Address employee concerns and questions promptly and effectively, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Ensure HR practices and policies are aligned with industry standards and legal requirements.
  • Maintain compliance-related documentation, such as work visas and permits, and ensure data privacy standards.
  • Manage and maintain employee records and databases in our HRIS System and provide training and support to employees.
  • Provide smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Perform other related tasks to support the HR team and the overall business.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Being able to work on-site from Monday to Friday between 9:30am – 6:30pm.
  • Experience in Global recruitment for 1 or 2 years.
  • A bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration, or any other related field.
  • Proven experience working with the Zoho People HRIS system.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
