Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to oversee the stability, efficiency, and performance of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, troubleshooting, and IT operations management, ensuring smooth day-to-day technical operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced technical support to internal users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Monitor and maintain IT systems, servers, and network infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime.
Manage system installations, configurations, and upgrades for hardware and software.
Administer user accounts, access permissions, and security settings.
Collaborate with vendors and external partners for IT procurement and maintenance.
Maintain detailed documentation of systems, procedures, and configurations.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, data protection, and cybersecurity standards.
Support the rollout of new applications, technologies, and IT improvement initiatives.
Job requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in IT support or IT operations roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux systems, networking (LAN/WAN), and cloud environments.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Office 365, VPN, firewalls, and backup solutions.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
