Position Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Italian-speaking Sales Agent to join our team in the fast-paced forex industry. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and retaining Italian-speaking clients, effectively promoting our forex products and services, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Your contributions will be crucial in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. Exceptional communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a deep passion for the forex market are essential for success in this position.


Responsibilities:



  • Generate new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential Italian-speaking clients interested in forex trading.
  • Conduct outbound sales activities through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms, to promote our forex                products and services.
  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products or services during outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Utilize persuasive sales techniques to engage customers, address objections, and successfully close sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Italian-speaking clients, providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing            their inquiries or concerns.
  • Educate clients about the forex market, trading strategies, and risk management, tailoring information to their level of knowledge and experience.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products and identify new business              opportunities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, achieving predefined goals.
  • Document and update client interactions, sales activities, and progress in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Provide feedback and market insights to the product development and management teams to enhance our offerings and maintain a competitive        edge.




  • Job requirements

    Requirements:


  • Residency in Malta.
  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and effectively close sales.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience for clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide tailored solutions to meet clients' needs.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections with a positive and resilient attitude.
  • Familiarity with the sales process and techniques.
  • Availability to work from 09:30 to 18:30, Monday to Friday.
