Position Summary:


We are seeking a diligent and experienced Senior Back Office and Customer Support Officer to join our global 24/5 customer support team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying the accuracy of requests and ensuring compliance in transactions and trades. You will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and maintaining the integrity of our operations.


Role Responsibilities:


Client Support:

  • Provide exceptional support to clients via phone and various messenger applications.
  • Assist clients with their needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Transaction Monitoring:

  • Verify the accuracy of client requests and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and manage transactions to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate processing of transactions and trades.

Operational Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.

Problem Solving:

  • Identify and troubleshoot issues related to client transactions and support requests.
  • Provide timely resolutions and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Analyze and resolve system errors or discrepancies in transaction processing.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Document all processes, procedures, and updates in the CRM.
  • Assist in the preparation of compliance reports

Job requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field would be preferred.
  • Experience: At least two years of experience in a back office or customer support role within the trading, investment, or financial services industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using customer support and transaction monitoring systems.
  • Detail OrientedStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Soft SkillsExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, as required.
