Position Overview: 

We are looking for an accomplished Global Senior Recruiter with at least three years of recruitment experience, ideally within a global context. The perfect candidate will have a proven ability to source top-tier talent and be fluent in English and either Spanish or Italian. This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a deep understanding of diverse recruitment methodologies. 

Key Responsibilities: 


  • Talent Acquisition: Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles across the organization, focusing on attracting top talent in the forex and financial sectors. 
  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates globally. Leverage headhunting, referrals, networking, and innovative methods to fill key positions. 
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. Manage relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders with professionalism and transparency. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and executive leadership to understand staffing needs and craft comprehensive recruiting strategies aligned with business goals. 
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Promote and implement recruitment practices that foster diversity and inclusion within the workforce. 
  • Market Insights: Provide insights into labor market trends, competitor analysis, and candidate availability to shape recruitment strategies and decisions. 
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on hiring progress to senior management. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in recruitment to ensure we remain competitive in attracting top talent. 

Job requirements


  • Experience: Minimum of three years in recruitment, with a strong preference for candidates with global experience. Experience in the forex or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish. 
  • Recruitment Skills: Skilled in various recruitment techniques, including headhunting, talent mapping, networking, and utilizing recruitment technology and tools.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity to cultural differences and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Technology Savvy: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR software, and recruitment analytics tools.
