Role Overview: 
As a Remote Company Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company’s strategic direction and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks. This part-time, remote position requires a commitment of up to 5 hours per week, making it ideal for experienced professionals seeking a flexible yet impactful role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Corporate Governance: Review, approve, and sign essential corporate documents to ensure they meet all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure the company’s operations are fully compliant with EU laws and regulations, particularly within the Forex and Fintech industries.
• Strategic Input: Provide high-level strategic guidance to the executive team, contributing to the company’s growth and success.
  

Qualifications:

• EU Citizenship: Must hold a valid EU passport.
• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within the Forex, Fintech, or financial services sectors.
• Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of EU regulations affecting the Forex and Fintech industries.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of building and managing relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and investors.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to contribute to the company’s strategic direction and long-term planning.
• Remote Work: Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to manage responsibilities effectively in a remote work environment.
