Position Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Copywriter with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing compelling, clear, and persuasive copy across multiple channels including websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertising materials. This role requires a strong command of language, creativity, and an understanding of how to tailor messages for different audiences and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Development
Create clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned copy tailored specifically to the finance/fintech sector and targeted audience.

Adapt messaging to resonate with the audience’s evolving preferences and consumption habits.

Language Proficiency
Demonstrate strong command of both English and Arabic in written and verbal communication to effectively engage diverse audiences and support bilingual content needs.

Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with marketing, design, and social media teams to ensure content consistency and synergy across all channels.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts and integrated campaigns.

Editing & Quality Control
Proofread and edit content for accuracy, tone, style, and grammar to maintain high-quality standards.

Ensure all copy complies with brand guidelines and legal requirements.

SEO & Performance Optimization
Incorporate SEO best practices into copywriting to boost organic reach and engagement.

Analyze content performance metrics and refine copy based on data-driven insights.

Project Management
Manage multiple writing assignments and deadlines efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet business needs without compromising quality.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of copywriting experience, ideally in finance or fintech.

• Excellent written and verbal English and Arabic (both mandatory).

• Strong SEO knowledge and ability to create optimized content.

• Proficient with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic keyword research tools.

• Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, Slack).

• Excellent editing, proofreading, and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Creative, adaptable, and up-to-date with content trends.

Work Arrangement

• Initial Phase: Remote work setup with regular team collaboration

• Transition Phase: On-site work from our New Cairo office once operational

• Applicants must be based in Egypt and willing to relocate or commute to New Cairo
