Position Summary
The Digital Advertising Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing comprehensive advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms, with a strong focus on client acquisition and brand positioning in the forex and CFD trading industry. This role demands a data-driven, creative, and analytical mindset with a deep understanding of paid media, SEO strategies, and the nuances of financial markets advertising compliance.
You will work closely with the marketing, design, compliance, and product teams to deliver high-impact campaigns that attract qualified traders, build brand trust, and support the business’s global expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising Campaign Management
Develop and manage global and region-specific paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic DSPs.
Build and optimize media plans for lead generation, trader acquisition, and brand engagement, specifically targeting retail traders and financial audiences.
Create conversion-optimized ad funnels including custom audiences, lookalikes, remarketing strategies, and localized messaging.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and multilingual campaign assets tailored to forex and financial traders.
Implement and manage tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, UTM tagging, etc.) to ensure proper attribution and funnel analytics.
Brand Awareness & Reputation Management
Drive positive brand positioning for DB Investing in competitive and emerging forex markets through paid and organic channels.
Monitor and report on brand sentiment, competitor ad strategies, and regulatory shifts that affect marketing communication in the financial sector.
Develop campaigns that highlight the company’s strengths—such as regulation, client support, education, low spreads, and technology stack to elevate brand trust.
SEO & Organic Strategy Collaboration
Support on-page SEO efforts by advising content creators on keyword targeting, metadata, and user experience optimization.
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to guide content direction and technical SEO enhancements.
Monitor organic traffic trends, rankings, and technical site health using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
Provide regular reports on campaign performance, KPIs (CTR, CPA, CPL, ROAS), and marketing ROI.
Use insights from data to test, refine, and scale successful campaign strategies across different geographies and audience segments.
Participate in quarterly marketing reviews and assist in forecasting performance-based budgets.
Job requirements
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising within the forex, CFD, fintech, or financial services industry.
Proven experience in managing global lead generation and conversion campaigns targeting traders, investors, or finance-savvy audiences.
Deep familiarity with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and experience with programmatic buying is a plus.
Knowledge of international compliance and advertising guidelines for financial products and services (e.g., disclaimers, restricted phrases, jurisdiction-specific laws).
Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM integration tools.
Excellent command of English (written and verbal); Arabic or other languages are considered assets.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Familiarity with trading platforms (MT4, MT5, cTrader) and forex terminology is highly preferred.
Strong analytical skills, a growth mindset, and ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
