Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Spanish-Speaking Retention Agent to join our team in Malta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and promoting continued engagement with our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of client needs, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

 

Job Responsibilities

·         Actively engage with existing Spanish-speaking clients to build strong, long-term relationships.

·         Ensure high client retention by providing timely support, resolving issues, and offering suitable solutions.

·         Educate clients on the company’s products, services, and ongoing promotions to enhance their trading experience.

·         Identify client concerns and objections, addressing them proactively to increase retention rates.

·         Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer support, to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.

·         Ensure all communications and client interactions comply with company policies and industry regulations.

·         Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and account activities.

·         Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors to enhance client engagement strategies.

Job requirements

Position Requirements

·         Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is essential.

·         Proven experience in client retention, sales, or customer service within the financial, or trading industry.

·         Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining professionalism.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.

·         Knowledge of investments and financial markets is a strong advantage.

·         Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
