Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to ensure the stability, performance, and security of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in system administration, troubleshooting, and IT operations, and will play a key role in maintaining seamless daily technical support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical support to internal users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, systems, and network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Install, configure, and upgrade IT hardware, software, and related systems.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system security configurations.
Collaborate with external vendors and service providers on IT procurement, maintenance, and technical support activities.
Develop and maintain accurate documentation for systems, configurations, procedures, and IT processes.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and data protection requirements.
Support the implementation of new technologies, applications, and ongoing IT improvement initiatives.
Job requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT support or IT operations.
Strong technical expertise in Windows and Linux environments, networking (LAN/WAN), and cloud platforms.
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Office 365, VPN solutions, firewalls, and backup systems.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication abilities and a customer-centric approach to support.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
