Sales Team Leader (Italian Speaking)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Team Leader to oversee and guide our sales team toward achieving performance targets. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong sales experience in the iGaming or Fintech industry, capable of motivating a team, implementing effective sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Monitor daily performance, provide regular feedback, and support team development through ongoing training and mentorship.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.

• Analyze performance data, generate reports, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

• Handle escalated client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market changes.

Requirements:

• Based in Malta.

• Native Italian speaker.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Team Leader or similar supervisory role.

• Proven sales experience within the Forex and/or Fintech industries is required.

• Strong leadership and people management skills with a motivational approach.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in using CRM and sales tools.

• Fluency in English.
