Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Forex Dealer to join our team in Jordan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company’s forex trading operations, executing trades, and providing insights into market trends. The ideal candidate will be adept at optimizing the use of our trading platforms, particularly MetaTrader 5 (MT5), and will have a solid understanding of coding to help automate and refine trading strategies. This is a senior-level position where you will play a pivotal role in the company's trading success, interacting with both institutional and retail clients while ensuring high levels of risk management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trade Execution: Execute large-scale forex trades with precision, ensuring compliance with internal policies and market conditions.
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of global market trends, economic indicators, and financial data to provide trading recommendations.
• Risk Management: Monitor and manage trading risks in line with the company’s risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
• Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage client portfolios, ensuring optimal performance, liquidity, and adherence to trading limits.
• MT5 Administration: Administer and maintain the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platform, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Coding and Automation: Leverage basic coding skills (MQL, Python, or similar) to develop automated trading systems, enhance existing tools, and optimize operational workflows.
• Client Interaction: Liaise with institutional and high-net-worth clients to address trading queries, provide market insights, and deliver exceptional service.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the IT, risk management, and compliance teams to ensure smooth trading operations and continuous platform improvements.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international regulatory standards in all trading activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Forex Dealer or Senior Trader role, with proven expertise in high-volume trading.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MT5 software administration is essential. Experience in trading system configuration and troubleshooting.
• Coding Skills: Basic knowledge of coding languages such as MQL (MetaQuotes Language) or Python for trading system automation and optimization.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex market data and make swift trading decisions.
• Risk Management: Deep understanding of risk management frameworks, margin trading, and regulatory requirements in the forex market.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure, and make critical decisions quickly.
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred. Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, ACI) are a plus.
