Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales/Conversion Agent to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving conversions, managing sales pipelines, and cultivating long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented individual with a proven track record in the Forex industry. You will leverage your expertise to engage potential clients, converting leads into active traders while delivering top-tier service to maintain customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Conversion: Proactively engage with potential clients via phone, email, and online platforms to introduce them to our services and convert qualified leads into active traders.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to acquire high-value clients by identifying their trading needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Build, manage, and optimize a robust sales pipeline, consistently tracking performance metrics to ensure continuous growth and improvement.
  • Account Management: Provide personalized, one-on-one support to clients throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and a positive client experience.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to refine sales strategies, utilizing industry trends, competitor analysis, and client feedback to drive results.
  • Product Knowledge: Deliver detailed explanations of our trading platforms, services, and market conditions to clients, ensuring they are fully informed and confident in their trading decisions.
  • Client Education: Regularly educate clients on new features, market opportunities, and potential trading strategies to help them maximize their investments.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about the latest developments in the Forex markets, global economic news, and regulatory changes that could affect the trading environment, communicating relevant insights to clients in a timely manner.
  • Compliance Adherence: Ensure all sales activities meet ESCA and company compliance standards, consistently upholding our regulatory obligations and protecting both the company and clients.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute targeted campaigns designed to generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather and relay client feedback to internal teams, contributing to the continuous improvement of our products, services, and overall client experience.

Job requirements

Requirements:


  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience within the Forex or financial markets industry, preferably with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the Forex industry, trading platforms, and relevant regulations.
  • Experience in client conversion and sales closing techniques.
  • ESCA experience or familiarity with the UAE regulatory framework is a plus.
  • Proven track record in managing high volumes of sales and exceeding performance benchmarks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in additional languages (such as Arabic, Russian, or French) will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
