Role Overview 

We are seeking experienced Forex Sales Agents fluent in Spanish to take a leading role in driving sales and client engagement. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the forex industry, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for fostering meaningful client relationships. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Proactively identify, reach out to, and engage potential clients in Spanish-speaking markets to introduce our forex trading services. 

• Promote and sell forex trading products, tailoring your approach to meet the needs of both new and existing clients. 

• Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and expertise to enhance clients' trading experiences. 

• Cultivate strong client relationships through regular communication and personalized support. 

• Stay informed about financial news, forex market trends, and company offerings to provide timely, accurate information to clients. 

• Work closely with the sales team and management to meet individual and collective performance targets. 

• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance benchmarks. 

• Maintain thorough and accurate records of client interactions, activities, and follow-ups. 

• Demonstrated success as a Forex Sales Agent or in a comparable sales role within the financial trading sector. 

• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients. 

• In-depth understanding of forex markets, trading concepts, and financial instruments. 

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills paired with strong interpersonal abilities to establish trust and rapport with clients. 

• Proven ability to build, maintain, and nurture long-term client relationships. 

• Goal-oriented with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. 

• Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales-related tools to manage client interactions and streamline workflows. 

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills to address client needs and market challenges effectively. 

• Capable of working independently and contributing positively within a team environment. 

• You are based in Malta.
