Key Responsibilities

• Act as the initial contact point for new clients, primarily through phone calls, using your enthusiasm and communication skills to promote our services.

• Break down complex information into clear, simple explanations to help prospects understand our offerings and how they benefit.

• Take responsibility for your sales performance by managing your time well, hitting goals, and showing initiative.

• Foster long-term client relationships by offering consistent support, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless customer journey.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish (Native level or C2) – essential

• Good command of English – both spoken and written

• 1-3 years of experience in sales

• Demonstrated success in a target-driven sales role

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

• Comfortable working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
