Position Overview
This is a junior-level position, ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, develop their skills, and grow within the company. Strong communications skills in English and Spanish are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
Support daily back-office operations and administrative processes
Process and verify internal documentation, data, and records accurately
Assist with system updates, reporting, and data entry tasks
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues
Support customer-related processes without direct client interaction
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and company policies
Identify process inefficiencies and report improvement suggestions to supervisors
Assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned by team leaders or management
Job requirements
Residing in Malta.
Good command of English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
Good computer skills and familiarity with office systems and tools
Compliance certifications (e.g. ICA) are a plus.
