We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Back Office and Customer Support Admin. Role Overview 

As a Back Office and Customer Support Admin, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering outstanding customer service. This shift-based role requires strong communication skills, an advanced level of English proficiency, and the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring excellent customer service standards. 

  • Process, verify, and maintain records of transactions and perform other administrative tasks. 

  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately. 

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. 

  • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and security. 

  • Support other back-office functions as needed to meet business demands. 

Job requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in English is mandatory. Additional language skills (e.g., Arabic, Italian, or Spanish) are a plus. 

  • The candidate should be residing in Malta.

  • Willingness to work on a shift-based schedule. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Previous experience in a back-office or customer support role is advantageous but not required. 

  • Attention to detail and effective time management skills. 

  • Familiarity with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM tools). 

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to perform well under pressure.
