Role Overview
As a Back Office and Customer Support Admin, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering outstanding customer service. This shift-based role requires strong communication skills, an advanced level of English proficiency, and the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring excellent customer service standards.
Process, verify, and maintain records of transactions and perform other administrative tasks.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and security.
Support other back-office functions as needed to meet business demands.
Job requirements
Advanced proficiency in English is mandatory. Additional language skills (e.g., Arabic, Italian, or Spanish) are a plus.
Willingness to work on a shift-based schedule.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a back-office or customer support role is advantageous but not required.
Attention to detail and effective time management skills.
Familiarity with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM tools).
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to perform well under pressure.
