Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, identifying new opportunities for expansion, and driving DB Investing’s presence within the financial investments and forex markets. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong portfolio of existing clients, ideally in the finance and investment sectors, and a deep understanding of the forex industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Develop and expand the company's client base by leveraging existing networks and forging new relationships with high-net-worth individuals, forex investors, and institutional clients.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new business opportunities, trends in forex and financial investments, and competitive insights that can guide business strategies.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships that align with DB Investing’s growth goals, particularly in forex trading and investment products.

  • Sales & Revenue Generation: Create and implement sales strategies that align with company targets, specifically focused on forex trading and financial investments.

  • Client Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, provide investment solutions tailored to their needs, and maintain a high standard of client satisfaction.

  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, finance, and product development teams to ensure cohesive strategies that maximize client engagement and investment growth.

Job requirements

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in Financial Services: A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, specifically within financial investments and forex. Candidates must demonstrate success in generating substantial revenue and managing a portfolio of clients.

  • Existing Client Portfolio: Proven track record with a strong, established portfolio of clients, ideally within the forex, financial investments, or related sectors.

  • Language Proficiency: Native Farsi (Iranian) speaker with strong English communication skills.

  • Regional Presence: Preference will be given to candidates currently based in Dubai, Qatar, or Saudi Arabia, with familiarity with the MENA market.

  • Onsite Availability: This role requires full-time, onsite presence at our Dubai office.
