Role Overview
The CMO will own the entire marketing function, develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives, lead branding and user acquisition campaigns, and optimize conversion and retention metrics. You will work closely with Product, Sales, and Compliance teams to ensure our brand message aligns across all touchpoints and regions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven global marketing strategy tailored to the Forex industry.
Lead and manage multi-channel campaigns (PPC, SEO, affiliate marketing, social media, content, PR, and events).
Build and optimise customer acquisition funnels to improve CPA and LTV.
Scale affiliate and IB (Introducing Broker) networks globally.
Lead competitive market analysis and customer insights for strategic positioning.
Manage and mentor an international marketing team.
Oversee brand development, positioning, and messaging across markets.
Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure marketing content adheres to global regulatory standards.
Report on KPIs and ROI metrics to executive leadership.

Job requirements
Qualifications
Proven experience (7+ years) in senior marketing roles, with at least 3 years in the Forex or online trading industry.
Deep understanding of global FX markets, regulatory environments, and customer behavior.
Strong track record in scaling user acquisition, brand awareness, and retention across digital channels.
Experience managing large marketing budgets with strong ROI.
Familiar with CRM platforms, trading platforms (e.g., MT4/MT5), analytics tools (Google Analytics, BI tools), and affiliate software.
Leadership experience with global, cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in finance, economics, or marketing.
Experience launching marketing strategies in LATAM, MENA, or Asia-Pacific markets.
Knowledge of crypto or multi-asset platforms is a plus.
