We are now seeking a Community Lead to manage and grow our traders’ hub. This individual will be the voice, guardian, and driving force behind our community—ensuring it remains engaging, supportive, and aligned with our values.

 

Position Summary

The Community Lead will oversee day-to-day engagement, moderation, and growth of our online trading community. The role combines community operations, leadership, and content engagement, requiring someone who is proactive, e-Empathetic, and skilled in managing both large communities and moderation teams.

You will ensure discussions remain insightful, spam-free, and engaging while leading a team of part-time moderators across multiple time zones. Beyond moderation, you will also be responsible for creating activities, ensuring smooth onboarding, and turning market insights into community-friendly formats.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Community Operations

    • Oversee daily activities across Public Channels, Main Groups, and VIP Sub-groups.

    • Moderate discussions, enforce rules, and escalate issues to analysts or the CMO.

    • Maintain group quality through anti-spam checks, pruning inactive users, and onboarding newcomers.

  • Team Leadership

    • Lead and coordinate a team of 4–6 part-time moderators across time zones (London–New York overlap).

    • Provide clear guidelines, feedback, and support to ensure consistent community standards.

  • Engagement & Activities

    • Host interactive activities including polls, contests, and AMA reminders.

    • Drive conversations to keep the community active and informative.

    • Collaborate with analysts to translate signals, market updates, and insights into community-friendly formats.

  • Community Insights & Reporting

    • Collect feedback, track member sentiment, and report on retention and engagement metrics.

    • Provide recommendations for enhancing community satisfaction and loyalty.

Job requirements

 Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in community management, preferably within trading, crypto, fintech, or financial services.

  • Proven experience managing large communities (10,000+ members) across platforms.

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is required.

  • Strong knowledge of Telegram moderation tools (Combot, Shieldy, Rose, etc.).

  • Previous experience leading moderator teams.

  • Bonus: Experience with CRM integrations, automation bots, and hosting live community events.

 

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Strong command of Telegram community management tools and bots.

  • Familiarity with engagement techniques for large online communities.

  • Understanding of digital community metrics and reporting.

  • Knowledge of CRM tools and automation bots (preferred).

Behavioral Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask across multiple channels.
