To support our expanding global operations, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team.

Position Summary

The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring the company’s operations and activities adhere to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. This role involves monitoring compliance processes, conducting internal reviews, and working closely with various departments to mitigate risk and enforce controls.

Given the global nature of our business, this position is part of a 24/6 shift-based structure. The successful candidate will work on-site, participating in a weekly rotating shift schedule (day, afternoon, and night shifts), to ensure full compliance coverage across time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, review, and assess business activities to ensure alignment with applicable regulations, licensing conditions, and internal policies.

• Handle regulatory reporting and ensure timely and accurate submissions.

• Conduct compliance risk assessments and internal audits as required.

• Maintain and update internal compliance manuals, policies, and procedures.

• Investigate compliance breaches or suspicious activities and escalate when appropriate.

• Provide guidance and training to internal teams regarding compliance best practices.

• Liaise with regulatory authorities, legal advisors, and external partners as needed.

• Assist in onboarding due diligence (KYC/AML) checks for clients and partners.

Shift Structure

• The Compliance function operates 24 hours a day, 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).

• The team follows a weekly rotating shift pattern, covering:

  • Day Shift

  • Afternoon Shift

  • Night Shift

• Shift schedules rotate evenly among team members to ensure fair coverage.

• All shifts are conducted on-site, and shift punctuality and availability are mandatory.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a compliance or regulatory role, preferably within financial services, forex, or fintech.

• Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, GDPR, and global regulatory frameworks.

• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); additional languages are an asset.

• High level of attention to detail, integrity, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a structured compliance team.

• Comfortable working in a shift-based environment, including overnight shifts on rotation.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
