Position Overview

We are looking for a professional, motivated, and service-oriented Customer Support Officer to join our team as the first point of contact for our global clients. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support across multiple channels, ensuring a smooth and responsive customer experience.

This is an on-site role and involves rotating weekly shifts to support our 24/7 global operations. Our support services run continuously from Monday to Sunday, requiring flexibility and reliability to meet client needs at any time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and telephone with professionalism and efficiency

  • Provide clear, accurate information regarding the company’s services, platforms, and procedures

  • Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and comprehensive manner

  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments and follow through to resolution

  • Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and customer-first attitude in all communications

  • Stay informed about internal processes, compliance requirements, and product updates

Shift Structure

We provide 24/7 customer support from Monday to Sunday, with the team operating on a four-shift rotation:

  • Early Day Shift

  • Day Shift

  • Afternoon Shift

  • Night Shift

Shift schedules rotate weekly and evenly among all team members to ensure fairness and full operational coverage.

Please note:

  • All shifts are on-site

  • Punctuality, reliability, and strong team coordination are essential

Job requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Native Arabic speaker

  • Must be currently residing in Malta

  • Previous experience in customer support or client service, ideally within the financial services or fintech industry

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly

  • Proficient in CRM systems, ticketing tools, and standard office software

  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

  • Willing to work rotating shifts and adapt to the needs of a global client base
