Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced Forex Sales Agents who are fluent in Spanish to drive our sales efforts in Spanish-speaking markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the forex industry, exceptional sales skills, and a passion for building and nurturing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and engage potential clients within Spanish-speaking markets.
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the Spanish-speaking market to introduce our forex and trading services and generate sales leads.
Promote and sell our forex trading products and services to new and existing clients.
Provide expert advice and insights on forex trading to clients, enhancing their trading experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and support.
Stay updated with market trends, financial news, and forex products to provide clients with accurate and timely information.
Collaborate closely with the sales team and management to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.

Job requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Forex Sales Agent or in a similar sales role within the financial trading industry.
Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
Strong understanding of the forex market and trading principles.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
