Position Overview:
DB Investing is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Finance Executive with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial management and reporting, and a meticulous approach to accuracy and detail. This role requires a strategic thinker who can provide valuable insights into future performance and support the financial goals of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain budget forecasts and cashflow reports in collaboration with the finance team, providing critical insights into future performance.
- Oversee the preparation of VAT returns, ensuring compliance with all regulations and deadlines.
- Lead the preparation of audit files for annual financial audits, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Manage CRM and client's financial requests, including deposits and withdrawals, with precision and efficiency.
- Reconcile all the financial transactions between the banks and the providers.
- Oversee banking and PSP financial transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Support the calculation and processing of monthly sales commissions.
- Collaborate with other departments to support and achieve financial goals.
- Stay current with financial regulations and industry best practices.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the evolving needs of the finance department.
Job requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar finance role.
- Proven track record of financial analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- A meticulous approach with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations.
