Position Overview:

The Finance Executive will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, payroll management, regulatory compliance, and fostering relationships with banking institutions to support business operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

• Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.

• Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis to support decision-making.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of transactions.

• Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and investment strategies.

• Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and financial regulations.

• Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and insights.

• Collaborate with various departments to optimize financial operations and cost efficiency.

• Support in financial modeling and strategic financial planning.

• Keep up-to-date with fintech industry trends and regulatory changes.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure banking facilities and ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or CFA is a plus).

• 3+ years of experience in finance, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.

• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, financial reporting, and tax regulations.

• Proven experience in building and managing relationships with banks and financial institutions.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving fintech environment.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
