Position Summary:

As a Forex Spanish-Speaking Retention Agent, you will be pivotal in fostering strong relationships with our existing clients, enhancing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and lifetime value. Utilizing your expertise in Forex trading, you will provide personalized support, guidance, and education to our Spanish-speaking clients. Your efforts will significantly contribute to client retention, revenue growth, and the overall success of our forex brokerage.


  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through telecommunication channels.
  • Proactively engage with existing clients to discuss their trading activities, goals, and challenges, offering personalized assistance and guidance to enhance their trading experience.
  • Educate clients on Forex trading concepts, strategies, and market trends, providing insights and analysis to support informed decision-making and help achieve their financial objectives.
  • Monitor client trading activity, account performance, and risk exposure, identifying opportunities and potential issues.
  • Address client concerns, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally, resolving issues effectively to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and contribute to retention strategies and initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations, market developments, and competitor activities, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other tools to track client interactions, document client preferences and feedback, and analyze client behavior for improvement and customization.
  • Meet or exceed retention targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and quality standards set by the company, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and driving results in client satisfaction and loyalty.

Job requirements


  • Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service, sales, or retention roles within the FOREX or financial services industry.
  • Native-level fluency in Spanish is essential, along with strong verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex information to Spanish-speaking clients. Proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Applicants must have a thorough understanding of FOREX trading concepts, products, and markets, enabling them to provide accurate and insightful guidance and support to clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are necessary, including the ability to analyze client needs, identify solutions, and address issues effectively and efficiently.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is essential, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to client retention.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software is required, along with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • A high degree of professionalism, integrity, and empathy is crucial, with a genuine passion for helping clients succeed and achieve their financial goals.
