Position Summary

The Global Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a strategic HR partner responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring high-caliber talent across our international markets. This individual will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for diverse roles, from entry-level to executive leadership, while building sustainable talent pipelines for future growth.

This role is critical to ensuring we hire the right people, at the right time, in the right geographies. The specialist will also contribute to employer branding, global workforce planning, and talent analytics, ensuring recruitment strategies align with business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Develop and implement global recruitment strategies tailored to regional talent markets.

  • Align hiring strategies with business growth, expansion plans, and workforce planning needs.

  • Partner with leadership to forecast hiring requirements and proactively build candidate pipelines.

2. Recruitment Operations

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: role briefing, job advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, reference checking, and offer management.

  • Ensure all recruitment activities are managed within the company’s ATS (Recruitee) and integrated with our HRIS .

  • Standardize recruitment processes across all regions while allowing for local adaptation.

3. Global Sourcing & Headhunting

  • Build strategic sourcing campaigns using job boards, social platforms, professional networks, referrals, and direct headhunting.

  • Develop and maintain a global talent pool for hard-to-fill and strategic roles.

  • Engage with passive candidates and maintain long-term relationships with potential hires.

4. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Collaborate with Marketing & HR to position DB Investing as an employer of choice in the global financial services industry.

  • Enhance candidate experience through transparent communication, timely feedback, and professionalism.

  • Represent DB Investing at career fairs, recruitment events, and international conferences.

  • Drive initiatives such as employee testimonials, social media campaigns, and career page improvements.

5. Compliance & Best Practices

  • Ensure hiring practices comply with local labor laws and international standards.

  • Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across recruitment.

  • Maintain recruitment documentation and audit readiness for compliance purposes.

6. Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop recruitment dashboards and KPIs to measure performance (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, source effectiveness).

  • Present monthly/quarterly recruitment reports to HR Leadership.

  • Use data insights to refine sourcing strategies and recruitment efficiency.

Job requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 3+ years of proven international recruitment experience, ideally within financial services, fintech, or fast-paced multinational environments.

  • Strong track record of managing global hiring campaigns across multiple geographies.

  • Hands-on experience with ATS (Recruitee) and HRIS’ or similar platforms.

  • Excellent interviewing, assessment, and selection techniques.

  • Advanced sourcing skills, including headhunting and networking.

  • Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and visa/work permit processes across multiple regions.
