As we continue to expand, we are seeking a proactive and organized HR Specialist to join our dynamic team in New Cairo.

*This is an on-site position based in our New Cairo office.

About the Position

The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing various HR functions and providing support to employees and management across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR best practices, and labor laws, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and final candidate selection.

  • Lead onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring smooth orientation, completion of necessary documentation, and benefits enrollment.

  • Act as a primary contact for employees, addressing questions related to HR policies, procedures, and general HR support.

  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook; ensure effective communication across the organization.

  • Support compensation analysis and job evaluations, providing input on salary adjustments and internal equity.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems, generate routine HR reports, and uphold data confidentiality.

  • Monitor changes in employment laws and regulations, ensuring HR practices remain compliant with legal standards.

  • Oversee general office management tasks to ensure a well-organized, efficient, and professional work environment.

Job requirements

  • Willingness to work onsite at the New Cairo office.

  • Advanced proficiency in English (spoken, written, and comprehension).

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a HR or related role.

  • Solid understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters professionally.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships across all levels of the organization.

  • Proficient in using HRIS platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.

  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team-driven environment.
