Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled
IT Support Specialist to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our IT infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in system administration, troubleshooting, and IT operations who can keep daily technical operations running smoothly across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver advanced technical support to internal users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues

  • Monitor and maintain servers, systems, and network infrastructure to ensure optimal uptime and performance

  • Manage installation, configuration, and upgrades of IT hardware and software

  • Administer user accounts, access levels, and system security settings

  • Work closely with vendors and external partners on IT procurement, maintenance, and support

  • Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for systems, configurations, and IT procedures

  • Ensure adherence to IT policies, data protection requirements, and cybersecurity standards

  • Assist in deploying new technologies, applications, and continuous IT improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or IT operations

  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows and Linux environments, networking (LAN/WAN), and cloud platforms

  • Practical experience with Active Directory, Office 365, VPN technologies, firewalls, and backup systems

  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical abilities

  • Strong communication skills and a user-focused approach

  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize effectively
