Position Overview: Italian Sales Account Manager
We are seeking an energetic, goal-oriented, and highly motivated Sales Account Manager to join our expanding team and focus on our Italian-speaking client base. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales, who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building lasting relationships with clients.
As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for driving client acquisition, enhancing account activity, and delivering top-tier service to help clients navigate their trading journey with Finlink.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to prospective and existing Italian-speaking clients to introduce trading products and services
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication, personalized service, and account management
Understand clients' needs and objectives, and guide them in choosing the most suitable trading options
Handle the full sales cycle – from initial contact to onboarding, activation, and retention
Promote and explain trading platforms, tools, and market opportunities in a professional and clear manner
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs on a monthly basis
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system and follow up diligently
Job requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
Fluency in Italian (Native level or C2) – essential
Good command of English – both spoken and written
1-3 years of experience in sales
Demonstrated success in a target-driven sales role
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Comfortable working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
