Position Overview: Italian Sales Account Manager

We are seeking an energetic, goal-oriented, and highly motivated Sales Account Manager to join our expanding team and focus on our Italian-speaking client base. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales, who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building lasting relationships with clients.

As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for driving client acquisition, enhancing account activity, and delivering top-tier service to help clients navigate their trading journey with Finlink.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to prospective and existing Italian-speaking clients to introduce trading products and services

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication, personalized service, and account management

  • Understand clients' needs and objectives, and guide them in choosing the most suitable trading options

  • Handle the full sales cycle – from initial contact to onboarding, activation, and retention

  • Promote and explain trading platforms, tools, and market opportunities in a professional and clear manner

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs on a monthly basis

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system and follow up diligently

Job requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Fluency in Italian (Native level or C2) – essential

  • Good command of English – both spoken and written

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales

  • Demonstrated success in a target-driven sales role

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Comfortable working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
