As part of our growth, we are looking for a Market Analyst (FX/Crypto) to lead our research, content, and market education initiatives.

Role Overview

The Analyst will take full ownership of the analysis and content engine, setting the standard for quality insights across Forex majors, crypto majors, indices, and commodities. This role combines market leadership and educational delivery ensuring that our community receives actionable, transparent, and educational market perspectives.

You will run live market clinics, mentor junior associates and deliver structured analysis, all while safeguarding compliance and enhancing our market reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Analysis & Content

  • Lead the creation of daily and weekly reports covering FX, crypto, indices, and commodities.

  • Backtest and validate trade ideas to ensure accuracy and quality.

  • Supervise and review content from 2 Associate Analysts, ensuring alignment and consistency.

• Live Engagement & Education

  • Deliver live clinics (3× weekly) on market outlooks, trading setups, and risk management.

  • Develop structured educational content: short lessons, PDFs, explainer tools, and tutorials.

  • Mentor and train junior analysts to enhance the depth and clarity of research.

• Community & Partnerships

  • Collaborate with the Community Lead to engage members, answer queries, and maintain discussion quality.

  • Coordinate with the Partner Manager to produce co-branded analysis for key opinion leaders (KOLs) and partner Telegram groups.

• Compliance & Standards

  • Ensure all analysis and communication strictly follow industry compliance standards:

    • No financial guarantees.

    • Clear and visible risk warnings.

    • Educational framing of all market commentary.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years as an FX/Crypto Analyst or Trader.

• Knowledge: Deep expertise in both technical and fundamental analysis.

• Education Delivery: Proven track record in creating and delivering content (webinars, videos, structured lessons).

• Languages: Fluent in English & Arabic (mandatory).

• Presentation Skills: Comfortable presenting live, with strong communication abilities.

• Tools: Proficiency with TradingView, MT4/5, and Excel/Google Sheets.

• Cultural Knowledge: Understanding of GCC/MENA trading audience is a plus.
