As we continue to expand, we are seeking a proactive and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team in New Cairo.
*This role will initially be remote. Once the office is ready, it will transition to an on-site position based at our New Cairo office.
About the Position
In this role, you'll manage marketing activities, support international teams, and contribute to campaigns that drive brand growth. It's a great opportunity for someone with strong coordination skills, a passion for marketing, and the drive to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing plans that align with overall business objectives and market needs.
Support and coordinate teams across offices to ensure alignment, consistency, and timely execution of marketing activities.
Monitor and analyze current social media trends to inform marketing strategies, ensuring the company’s presence remains relevant and engaging across various platforms.
Break down marketing strategies into actionable tasks and coordinate their implementation across local and international teams.
Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed on progress and key milestones.
Track, evaluate, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives using relevant tools and metrics.
Ensure all campaigns and materials meet brand guidelines and maintain a consistent voice and identity.
Job requirements
Willingness to work onsite at the New Cairo office, Monday to Friday.
Proficient in English (written and spoken) with strong communication skills.
2–3 years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with managing marketing tasks and collaborating with international teams.
Experience managing content and audience engagement across different social media platforms.
A self-starter with a “can-do” attitude who takes initiative and ownership.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite), CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress), project management tools (e.g. Trello, Asana), and basic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe).
