As part of our growth, we are seeking a Partnership Manager to strengthen our influencer and partner ecosystem. This role is crucial in building and managing relationships with Telegram admins, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and influencers across the GCC region to drive community growth and engagement.

Position Summary

The Partnership Manager will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships with influencers, Telegram groups, and KOLs. This includes overseeing promotional deals, co-branded campaigns, and rev-share agreements that bring new members into DB Investing’s community hub.

The role requires a strategic relationship builder with strong negotiation skills and hands-on experience in influencer/partner management, ideally within the fintech or crypto space.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Identify, vet, and onboard Telegram group admins, influencers, and KOLs across the GCC region.

  • Establish partnerships aligned with DB Investing’s community and brand values.

• Deal Negotiation & Campaign Management

  • Negotiate partnership structures including shoutouts, content swaps, rev-share, and CPA agreements.

  • Provide KOLs with ready-to-use content kits (scripts, videos, disclaimers, banners) for seamless execution.

  • Manage the Partner Dashboard Bot to track joins, engagement, and conversions per partner.

• Content & Collaboration

  • Work with analysts and marketing to create educational and promotional content tailored for each partner.

  • Ensure consistency of messaging and compliance with industry standards.

• Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor partner performance against KPIs such as CPI, retention, and ROI.

  • Adjust budgets and strategies to optimize return on investment.

  • Build long-term relationships with high-performing partners for sustained growth.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in influencer or partner management (fintech/crypto strongly preferred).

• Proven track record in managing Telegram-based partnerships and campaigns.

• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, particularly in the MENA/GCC market.

• Experience structuring and managing rev-share, CPA, or other performance-based deals.

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written).

• Familiar with Telegram growth tactics and compliance best practices (no spam/scraping).

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate performance and make informed decisions.

• Strong understanding of influencer marketing and partnership structures.

• Familiarity with Telegram tools and analytics dashboards.

• Experience working with partner tracking tools and reporting systems.

• Ability to design and deliver co-branded campaigns effectively.
