What We’re Looking For:

If you’re a native Spanish speaker with a knack for sales and a passion for helping people make informed financial decisions, this is the role for you! We need someone who can engage potential clients with enthusiasm, guide them through our trading platform with ease, and make the world of forex trading accessible and exciting.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Be the Catalyst for Success: You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients who have shown interest in forex trading and investing. Your job is to engage them with enthusiasm, spark their curiosity, and guide them on their journey to becoming successful traders.
• Forex Educator: The world of forex can seem daunting to newcomers, but with your guidance, it won’t be! You’ll educate prospective clients on the basics of forex trading, explain our services in a clear and engaging way, and show them how they can benefit from our platform.
• Onboarding Maestro: Getting started is often the hardest part. You’ll make this process smooth and seamless by walking clients through profile creation, helping them navigate our trading platform, and ensuring they feel confident and supported every step of the way.
• Independent Powerhouse: This role requires someone who thrives on independence. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your time, work towards ambitious sales targets, and take ownership of your success. Your initiative and drive will be key to excelling in this role.

What We’re Looking For:

• Native Spanish Speaker: You’re fluent in Spanish and able to communicate effortlessly, establishing rapport and trust with clients from the outset.
• Sales Expertise: You have a proven track record in sales, ideally within the financial services or forex industry. You know how to close deals, and you’re driven by the thrill of success.
• Self-Motivated: You’re a self-starter who can work independently, manage your workload effectively, and meet your goals without needing constant supervision.
• Malta-Based: You’re currently residing in Malta or are willing to relocate to this stunning island, known for its rich history, vibrant culture, and beautiful landscapes.
