Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Community Growth Manager who lives and breathes Telegram, WhatsApp, and growth funnels. Your mission is simple but ambitious: build, scale, and monetize our community across Telegram & WhatsApp, turning cold traffic into engaged members, and engaged members into loyal, active customers. 

You will own the full community growth engine: acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product to design and optimize funnels that start on Telegram/WhatsApp and end in real business results. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Community Strategy & Ownership 

  • Design and own the Telegram & WhatsApp community growth strategy (public groups, channels, segmented lists, VIP groups). 

  • Define clear member journeys: from first contact → join group → first interaction → first conversion → long-term retention. 

  • Set quarterly community growth targets (size, engagement, conversion) and consistently work to achieve them. 


2. Acquisition & Funnel Building
 

  • Build end-to-end funnels that bring new users into Telegram/WhatsApp via paid ads, landing pages, lead magnets, webinars, social media, influencers, partners, affiliates, email, SMS, and website widgets. 

  • Map and optimize each step (view → click → join → engage → convert), using tracking links, tags, and UTM parameters. 

  • Implement lead scoring and segmentation inside Telegram/WhatsApp flows (e.g. by country, language, interest, or value). 


3. Automation & Tech Stack
 

  • Set up and manage bots and automations for welcome flows, education sequences, and re-engagement flows for inactive members. 

  • Collaborate with developers and match teams to integrate Telegram & WhatsApp with CRM, email tools, and analytics. 


4. Engagement & Content
 

  • Define and manage the content calendar for groups and broadcasts (daily posts, weekly themes, campaigns). 

  • Coordinate value-driven activities: Q&A sessions, live chats, contests, surveys, challenges, education series, and AMAs. 

  • Develop and manage community guidelines to ensure a safe, engaging, and productive environment. 


5. Ambassadors, Moderators & Micro-Influencers
 

  • Recruit, train, and manage community moderators, ambassadors, and power users. 

  • Design referral, loyalty, and incentive programs that reward members for inviting new users or generating quality activity. 

  • Collaborate with influencers, IBs, affiliates, and partners to bring their audiences into our communities through co-branded campaigns. 


6. Analytics, KPIs & Continuous Optimization
 

  • Define and own key metrics for community health and growth, such as new members, active users, engagement rate, and funnel conversion. 

  • Run A/B tests on funnels, content, messaging timing, and incentives. 

  • Prepare regular reports and insights for management with clear action plans.


7. Compliance & Risk Awareness
 

  • Ensure all community activities and communications are aligned with company policies, legal, and compliance requirements. 

  • Coordinate with Compliance and Legal teams on what can and cannot be promoted and how. 

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Must have 4-7 years of experience in Growth, Community Management, or Lifecycle Marketing, ideally in fintech, trading, crypto, SaaS, or digital products. 

  • Proven track record of building and scaling communities on Telegram and WhatsApp (from 0 to thousands or tens of thousands of members). 

  • Demonstrated experience with funnel building: lead generation → nurture → conversion → retention. 

  • Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and ROI. 

  • Strong copywriting skills for short-form, direct-response messaging (posts, scripts, broadcasts). 

  • Data-driven mindset: able to analyze numbers and make decisions based on data. 

  • Excellent English (written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus (Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, etc.). 

  • Experience in forex, CFD, crypto, investments, or Web3 communities. 

  • Leadership skills and experience working with affiliates, IBs, or KOLs. 

  • Background in performance marketing or lifecycle/retention marketing.
