Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager in the forex trading industry to drive growth and enhance our market presence within the trading industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, Independent Broker (IB) management, building strategic partnerships, and fostering relationships with institutional clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the forex trading market, a proven track record of successful business development, and strong leadership skills.



Key Responsibilities:


Business Growth Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue and market share growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and market opportunities within the trading industry.

Client Acquisition and Retention:

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential institutional clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Partnership Development:

  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry players, technology providers, and financial institutions.
  • Negotiate and structure partnerships that align with the company's growth objectives.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on market analysis.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing business development team.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the department.


Job requirements


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development within the forex trading industry.
  • The client's Portfolio is a must
  • Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.
  • In-depth knowledge of the trading and forex market, trading platforms, and industry regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
