Role Overview

You will be the face and engine of our daily market insights in Egypt—producing actionable FX/indices/commodities commentary, hosting webinars, supporting client education, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Dealing to drive acquisition, activation, and retention—while keeping high compliance standards.

What You’ll Do

• Produce daily morning notes, intraday updates, weekly outlooks, and event-driven briefs (NFP, CPI, FOMC, ECB, OPEC, etc.).

• Build and maintain macro/FX themes, trade-setup frameworks, and scenario analysis with clear risk factors.

• Deliver webinars, live streams, and in-person seminars; appear in media and partner channels when needed.

• Create charts, dashboards, and trade idea templates (MT4/MT5, TradingView) and collaborate on CRM/app content.

• Partner with Sales & CRM to tailor insights by client segment (new/lapsed/VIP) and support campaigns.

• Provide event calendars and playbooks; coordinate with Dealing on liquidity/volatility risk communications.

• Ensure all content meets regulatory, risk, and marketing compliance requirements (local & international).

• Track performance using analytics (opens, CTR, webinar attendance, watch time, conversion/retention impact).

Success Metrics (first 6–12 months)

• Consistent delivery of daily and event content (SLA adherence).

• Growth in content engagement (open rate, CTR, webinar attendance, watch time).

• Measured impact on lead→FTD conversion and active client retention (in partnership with Growth/CRM).

• Positive client NPS for research/education; zero material compliance breaches.

What You Bring

• 5–8+ years as a Forex/Markets Analyst at a broker, bank, prop firm, research house, or financial media.

• Strong grasp of macro, rates, FX flows, and cross-asset drivers (DXY, yields, oil, gold, crypto correlations).

• Hands-on with MT4/MT5, TradingView, Excel/Sheets; Python/R for light analysis is a plus.

• Excellent written & on-camera communication; confident public speaker and educator.

• Bilingual: Native/Fluent Arabic and strong English (written & spoken).

• Bachelor’s in Economics/Finance/Maths; CFA/CFTe/MSTA or similar is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Egypt’s FRA communications/advertising norms and global broker-marketing standards.

• High integrity, fast execution, newsroom mentality, and comfort with early/late hours around market events.
