Senior Forex Sales Agent at DB Investing

We are seeking a talented Senior Forex Sales Agent to join our Sales department at DB Investing. As a Senior Forex Sales Agent, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the Forex market.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Providing expert advice on forex products and services
  • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure excellent customer service
  • Making outbound calls to leads provided by the company or generated through various marketing campaigns.
  • Introducing and explaining forex trading services or products to potential clients.
  • Building rapport with prospects and addressing their queries or concerns about forex trading.
  • Convincing potential clients to open trading accounts or invest in forex products.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions with clients in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborating with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and improve customer experience.
  • Staying informed about market trends, forex regulations, and competitor activities to effectively position the company's offerings.
