Job Summary:

The Forex Sales/Conversion Agent will be responsible for generating and converting leads into active clients for our forex trading platform. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the forex market, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. The role requires a proactive approach in managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and offering tailored financial solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify, target, and engage prospective clients through various channels including cold calling, online marketing, networking events, and referrals.
  • Client Conversion: Convert leads into active clients by providing comprehensive information about our forex trading platform, addressing client queries, and guiding them through the account opening process.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Regularly update clients on market trends, new products, and services that meet their investment needs.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing deals and increasing the number of active traders on our platform.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with global financial markets, particularly the forex market, to provide clients with informed advice and market insights.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends to assist in the development of marketing and sales strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in our CRM system.

Job requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in forex sales, financial sales, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of forex markets and trading platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Additional Requirements:

  • Candidates must be based in Nigeria and legally authorized to work.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
  • A relevant bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
