Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Social Media Manager to join our team in Egypt. The ideal candidate will design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered interfaces for our web and mobile platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of trading-related digital products and a passion for optimizing user journeys and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the Social Media Specialist, providing guidance on content, messaging, and priorities.

  • Develop and oversee the overall social media strategy aligned with company and product goals.

  • Approve and review all social content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with fintech regulations.

  • Monitor social performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports with insights for leadership.

  • Manage social listening, monitor brand sentiment, and ensure appropriate responses to customer inquiries.

  • Support crisis communication efforts and ensure sensitive issues are escalated and managed appropriately.

  • Identify new trends, opportunities, and best practices to keep the brand competitive and innovative.

  • Manage paid social budgets where relevant, focusing on lead generation and brand lift.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field.

  • 3–6 years of social media experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or a similarly regulated industry is strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team and provide strategic direction.

  • Strong understanding of fintech concepts (digital banking, payments, personal finance tech, AI-driven finance, crypto, etc.).

  • Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with compliance standards in financial marketing.

  • Proficiency with social analytics tools and social media management platforms.
