Position Overview

As part of our ongoing expansion, we are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Spanish Speaking Sales Agent to join our on-site sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about sales and finance to build a successful career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Spanish-speaking clients via outbound calls, email communications, and other contact channels

• Present and promote our financial products and services in a consultative and professional manner

• Follow up on qualified leads provided by the company and manage the full sales cycle

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity using CRM systems

• Work closely with internal teams including compliance, marketing, and support to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction

• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and team performance goals

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Native or fluent Spanish speaker with excellent command of English (spoken and written)

• Previous experience in a sales or client service role, preferably in the forex, financial, or fintech industry

• Strong negotiation and communication skills with a confident, client-focused approach

• Energetic, driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment

• Team player who is also capable of working independently

• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and surpassing targets

• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency

• Must be eligible to work in Malta and available for full-time, on-site work (Monday to Friday)
