We are expanding our team in Egypt and looking for a UI/UX Designer who can craft intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences that meet the needs of our growing client base.

Role Overview

The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for transforming business objectives into meaningful user experiences. You will be involved in research, design, prototyping, and implementation, working closely with product managers and developers to deliver designs that are both functional and visually appealing. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Egypt.

Key Responsibilities

User Research & Strategy

• Plan and execute user research initiatives including interviews, surveys, and usability sessions to gain a deep understanding of user behavior, needs, and frustrations.

• Translate research findings into personas, user flows, and customer journey maps that guide the design process.

• Work closely with product teams to align UX goals with business objectives, ensuring design solutions add measurable value.

• Evaluate and refine the information architecture of products to ensure smooth navigation and logical content organization.

UX Design & Prototyping

• Develop detailed wireframes, low-fidelity sketches, and high-fidelity prototypes that map out user flows and product functionality.

• Design adaptive layouts that deliver consistent experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

• Facilitate feedback sessions and A/B tests to validate concepts and refine solutions before development begins.

• Document interaction patterns to maintain clarity and consistency in user experience across all products.

UI Design

• Create visually appealing and brand-aligned interfaces using industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system with reusable UI components for consistency across projects.

• Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards, with attention to readability, contrast, and user inclusivity.

• Balance visual creativity with the technical feasibility of implementation.

Collaboration & Handoff

• Work hand-in-hand with front-end developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and pixel-perfect.

• Provide clear design documentation, specifications, and interactive prototypes to developers for smooth execution.

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint planning.

• Partner with the QA team to verify that the implemented product meets design expectations before launch.

Testing, Evaluation & Optimization

• Conduct post-launch usability testing to identify friction points and measure user satisfaction.

• Analyze behavioral data from tools such as Hotjar, Google Analytics, or Microsoft Clarity to evaluate design effectiveness.

• Continuously iterate and optimize designs based on user feedback, performance data, and market trends.

Innovation & Design Culture

• Stay informed about the latest design trends, fintech innovations, and emerging UX/UI tools.

• Promote a user-first mindset across the product development team.

• Take part in design sprints, ideation sessions, and team critiques to foster creative problem-solving.

• Contribute to building a design culture where experimentation, collaboration, and excellence are encouraged.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design.

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.

• Strong portfolio showcasing UX research, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Experience collaborating within Agile teams.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS to support developer collaboration.

• Experience using behavioral analytics tools.

• Exposure to fintech products or platforms is a plus.
