As part of our ongoing digital transformation, we’re seeking a talented UI/UX Developer to help us design and build user-centric interfaces across our digital platforms.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer to craft seamless and visually appealing digital experiences. In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between design and development, turning UX concepts and visual designs into responsive, interactive web and mobile interfaces. The ideal candidate has both a creative eye and a strong understanding of front-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities

User Interface (UI) Design

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Develop design systems and reusable components for consistency across products.

• Work closely with stakeholders to refine UI elements based on feedback and business requirements.

User Experience (UX) Design

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.

• Analyze user behavior and create user journeys, personas, and workflows.

• Optimize interfaces for usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.

Front-End Development

• Translate design specifications into functional front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across all devices.

• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and dynamic content.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work with product managers, developers, and QA teams to align on project goals and execution.

• Maintain clear documentation of design systems, style guides, and development handoffs.

• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, best practices, and new tools.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in a UI/UX development or design role.

• Proven portfolio of projects showcasing both design and front-end development work.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.

• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.).

• Experience with front-end libraries/frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git), RESTful APIs, and CMS integration.

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and a user-first mindset.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
