Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced
IT Support Specialist to oversee the stability, efficiency, and performance of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, troubleshooting, and IT operations management, ensuring smooth day-to-day technical operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support to internal users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Monitor and maintain IT systems, servers, and network infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime.

  • Manage system installations, configurations, and upgrades for hardware and software.

  • Administer user accounts, access permissions, and security settings.

  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners for IT procurement and maintenance.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of systems, procedures, and configurations.

  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, data protection, and cybersecurity standards.

  • Support the rollout of new applications, technologies, and IT improvement initiatives.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or IT operations roles.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux systems, networking (LAN/WAN), and cloud environments.

  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Office 365, VPN, firewalls, and backup solutions.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
