Social Media Content Strategist (On-Camera & Finance Trading Sector Experience)

🔹 About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Content Strategist with a strong presence, creativity, and camera confidence to lead our brand's digital storytelling in the finance industry.

This is not a behind-the-scenes role — you’ll be the face of our content, recording daily videos, live streams, market updates, and educational content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and more.

If you’re a natural communicator with an influencer mindset, understand how to engage and grow an audience, and have a passion for finance, investment, or trading — you’re already halfway there.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data-driven social media content strategy with a strong focus on video-first content

• Record daily short-form and long-form video content, including educational clips, market commentary, interviews, and brand storytelling

• Host live streams, Q&A sessions, and community engagement activities

• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to produce compelling visuals, scripts, and campaigns

• Monitor analytics and performance to optimise reach, engagement, and conversion

• Stay ahead of social trends, financial news, and content best practices

• Build a personal and brand persona that resonates with our financial audience

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, Content Creator, or Video Host (3+ years)

• Comfortable and charismatic on camera, with excellent presentation and communication skills

• Influencer attitude with the ability to connect, educate, and engage audiences in the finance space

• Solid understanding of financial markets, investing, or fintech is a big plus

• Skilled in storytelling, scriptwriting, and content planning

• Proficient with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Hootsuite, or CapCut

• Data-driven and able to interpret social insights to guide strategy
