Position Description

We are looking for an Ad Specialist with at least 2 years of experience to manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta. The ideal candidate combines analytical skills with creative thinking to deliver high-performing ads, manage budgets effectively, and drive measurable results..

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

• Develop ad strategies aligned with business goals (leads, conversions, app downloads, etc.).

• Monitor ad performance daily and adjust targeting, creatives, and bidding to improve ROI.

• Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-performing ad creatives.

• Conduct A/B tests, audience segmentation, and remarketing strategies.

• Analyze data, generate reports, and deliver insights to improve future campaigns.

• Stay updated on platform changes, policies, and digital advertising trends.

• 2+ years of proven experience in managing online paid ads (especially Meta and Google).

• Strong understanding of KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.

• Experience with tracking tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion pixels.

• Familiarity with ad copywriting, ad creatives, and conversion funnels.

• Ability to work independently and deliver performance under tight deadlines.

• Experience in the finance, trading, or fintech sector is considered a strong plus.

Work Arrangement

• Initial Phase: Remote work setup with regular team collaboration

• Transition Phase: On-site work from our New Cairo office once operational

• Applicants must be based in Egypt and willing to relocate or commute to New Cairo
